  I had called this place about a furnace issue and they give me a giant list of issues with the furnace. The price we were quoted was completely outrageous. Called another company and they came out and fixed it in about 10 minutes with a $75 part. Seems as though they're only in it or the money. The woman I spoke to in the office, her name was Jenny I think (definitely started with a J) was very condescending, very rude, made it seem as though I was a problem. Like not being able to afford the over 9 grand I was quoted made me some lowlife. How can their business cards claim to be "just like family" when all they seem to care about is money? Save yourselves the headache and the overpriced fake problems and go with a different company. This place only wants your money. They don't actually care about people.

  Hello Melissa. Our sincerest apologies but I think you may have us confused for another company. We do not have you on our service call history nor have any record of preparing a $9,000 estimate for you. If you are certain you called Intermountain, then please call me directly so I can resolve the lack of customer service. There is only one individual in the office with a "J" name and that is myself, Jamie. I do not recall speaking with you at all. Again, please call me at your earliest convenience at 928-526-7006 to resolve the matter if you believe we were actually the company you dealt with.

  Don't use for industrial services. No call backs. When you manage to get them on the line, you get all kind of apologies with a promise of a call back. Nothing. You call again, "let me check", still nothing. Wasted my time! Following the reply, I tried reaching Jamie. "She's in a meeting" replied Cici... When you have a chance, Jamie, talk to Vanessa if she's aware of an industrial project in Bellemont.

  I was unsure who to call for furnace maintenance as the company I used to use was gone. From the first phone call to getting an appointment and meeting Jason, the representative I was so impressed with the great service I had received!! I called that same day and made an appointment to have my mom's furnace cleaned. I appreciate the great service I received from start to finish! Thank you!!
