  I have used Integrity Services for several years for system maintenance and have been quite pleased. We recently used Integrity to install two brand new systems. Their crews are knowledgeable and hardworking. They get the job done well, and share great info about the system with the customer. Their office staff's customer service and timely communication is outstanding. They keep their appointments and communicate along each step of the process. If there is any issue or error on their part, they fix it immediately. They've definitely earned my business as a loyal repeat customer.

  I called in for a quote for a new furnace and they made the appointment for me and Kevin my salesman was very knowledgeable about everything. We also talked about my AC unit that was the same age. So I purchased both the furnace and the AC unit and a new thermostat. I received a call saying they could do it for me the next day but I took a few days. Then the installer came in and they were very professional and kind. I have 2 little dogs and they were very nice to them too. They did a wonderful job in a very timely manner. They cleaned up afterward. They even fixed my do that the furnace was behind. I would highly recommend Integrity Services to everyone who may need one.

  Josh came out to repair our heater, he did a great job!! We appreciate the communication from the office as well, they called each time to inform us when to expect someone to show up and if something was delaying them, we were informed about it ahead of time. Fantastic customer service!!
