  I was connected with Integrity through a quote I requested from Costco. Greg was great in the sales process. Another company was telling me my furnaces needed to be replaced and Greg helped me understand that this was not likely the case. Team of Jake, Blake, Dan, Eric and Bryce installed new A/C units today. Very courteous, professional and kept me informed throughout the day. I’ve never been called “sir” so many times in one day. They walked me through the installation after it was complete to make sure I understood everything and that it met my expectations. There was one aspect of their work that was slightly below my expectations (the appearance of the exterior lineset cover was not as precise and aesthetically pleasing as the examples the sales person showed me). When I shared my feedback they were open to the feedback, called their supervisor and have indicated that they will come back to make adjustments next week. I have full confidence that they will take care of this. Overall, I’ve been very impressed with the professionalism and communication throughout the process. Now we will see if their ongoing service continues at this same level. If it does, I will remain their customer.

  I was connected with Integrity from a request through Costco. Greg in sales came out explained different options. After choosing an option they scheduled the install right away. Team of Jake, Drew, Ryan, Dan, Eric and Bryce installed two new A/C and furnace units and did a great job. They finished in a timely manner, kept the house clean and gave my wife a plant as a gift. After completion Jake went over the system explaining it and answering my questions. I would most definitely recommend Integrity for both maintenance and installation. Inspector came and gave it approval.

  My home was built before 1975 and had no air conditioner and used a heat strip system. So I need a whole house system insulation and duct work. I had talked to several companies and didn’t feel comfortable with what they were offering. While shopping at Costco, I stopped and talked with Pete an Integrity Heat & Cooling representative. Greg from Integrity soon afterwards came out to give and estimate for a whole house Heat and air insulation. He talked with me and my wife about the various systems Integrity could install and how each system would work and be installed. The insulation team was very knowledgeable professional, on time and courteous. They answered all my questions as they were working. The work was done in a timely manner. So far so good and no issues.
