  This company was truly amazing! We are new to the area and didn’t know anything about any of the local companies so we went on Word of mouth from local people we had met at the hardware store and people that worked at the hardware store. We are so happy that we went with this company. They were timely and professional and walked us through all of our options every step of the way to make sure we got exactly what we wanted out of our new heating and air unit. Our house was built in 1906 so it didn’t have any heat or air at all and they had to completely start from scratch, including updating my breaker box. They worked very hard and were here every day, including over the weekend, until they got the job done. And they even came in under their estimate by about $500! If we have any heat and air issues in the future we will absolutely be using integrity heating and air again .

  Phillip was very professional and timely. He serviced the HVAC units in 2 of our cabins. He found a minor issue that is not necessary to tend to at this time and corrected another minor issue on the other unit. We will definitely continue to use Integrity in the future.
