  Integrity came on short notice to fix my furnace, which went out on a very cold evening. They were professional, showed up on time with all the proper tools. Did a thorough check of the system, cleaned the coils, did a pressures check. Got the unit fixed and running again but suggested a check-up which we completed with them later the following week. I can't praise Integrity highly enough for their high level of customer service. As good customer service becomes more and more rare I hope Integrity appreciates how unusual their service is.

  All in all at the beginning it was great. We had a great relationship and he did pretty good work and no issue. After a time we’re they showed up one time and the call was missed we rescheduled and tried for the next day. Once the next day came they showed up way earlier then expected with is great but I just needed some warning. So then they decided to not do work for us after that point in time. We called back after hand due to them installing a new coil in an AC unit and the pretty much told us to stick it. They claim we did not pay them on something but no email was sent or anything on this and we paid everything current we are now out 800 dollars on a coil as I do no think this was an intentional issue I do think that the right thing would be to come fix this and us try to figure out the issue on what ever he claimed wasn’t paid but he’s to upset at this point to be professional. Double check there work and also do not do any sort of mistake as the first time will be the last time.

  We here at Integrity are sorry you feel that way. But when we come on to sight and no one answers the phone what is one to do. We are a service company and do not have the time to set and wait. And yes we showed up 5 minutes early once to no response. But once again we at Integrity are sorry you feel like you wasn't treated far. But thank you for your review.

  Joe Allen knows the meaning of "integrity" and strives to personify it in business and in person. They have been doing major and minor jobs in my "new-to-me" house that was in need of an overhaul. I now have a new HVAC system that works beautifully and was fairly priced. A vacant, walled area beneath a bedroom lacked insulation. It invited animals and moisture through foundation holes and poorly placed A/C drainage. It was a nasty job and they tackled it happily. We are now insulated, critter free and dry. Other jobs include correcting a poor bath tub installation, providing some extra electrical outlets, relocating cabinets, installing a counter top with sink, waterproofing exterior decking, etc. They do not begin a job and move on to another client, leaving you hanging. Joe will let you know if another person has an emergency that might outweigh some of your minor work. He returns quickly. Integrity Heat & Air is the best structural service related experience I have had since moving to the Branson area in January of 2020.
