Brandon was recommended highly by a friend of whose opinion I always get. He told me Brandon was incredible. And he was right. Both Brandon and Eddie arrived well within the time window we discussed. They looked at my AC unit and were immediately engaged. Brandon and Eddie aree both very professional yet personable as well. Truly nice, knowledgeable people with a fun sense of humor to boot. Brandon was quick to give me a quote but did warn me it could be higher if I needed Freon added as well. I gulped but already felt they were trustworthy. Turns out we didn’t need Freon. A super nice surprise was that the service call price was included in the quote. I’d contacted another company before I spoke with Integrity. Based on their diagnosis, they were nearly $300 higher. Integrity is now my go to!

Following the recommendation of trusted friends in our neighborhood we called on Brandon and his team to remove old HVAC system and install our new one. Brandon and Eddie came out and did the initial assessment. We knew it was time and wanted to get ahead of the summer heat. Very knowledgable and professional. Sold us exactly what we needed for our two level home. Measured square footage and existing registers room by room.Upgraded needed wiring at breaker box and so on. All the little details necessary to provide us the best outcome for the years ahead. Did I mention these guys a super personable? Left no trace that they had been here..except great new system! Definitely recommend!!

Wow! Brandon and his crew at Integrity Air have Never disappointed us in the 5 years since we have used their professional AC/Heating Services! And today was no different as they skillfully and expertly replaced a relic AC system at a fair and reasonable cost! Forget the rest and use the best! Thanks Brandon and Team from Integrity Air!
