  Our house wasn’t cooling so we called Integrated HVAC out from a referral. A guy came out and seemed nice, thorough, and had an honest approach. Example, he thought we were low on refrigerant but due to a possible leak, he didn’t want to just give us more refrigerant due to the cost, but he also didn’t seem like he could help us find the leak. He took notes and pictures and said he’d go back to the office and discuss this issue with his supervisor and they’d be back in touch. That was Monday… and now it’s Friday with no word. I went ahead and called another company out and they had us up and running in less than 2 hours. I basically paid Integrated HVAC over 70 bucks for some guy to rummage around our house for a couple hours and fix nothing. I’m sure the company is more capable than my experience but I’m certainly dissatisfied with lack of service that I received and would not refer to them to my friends down the road. I gave 3 stars instead of fewer because the technician who came out was nice, seemed honest, and answered my questions.

  This company responded quickly and followed through with what what was discussed in the initial evaluation. The staff was professional and continuous. I will use them again in the future for sure.

  I scheduled a general check up today on my 20+ year old system. The tech was very informative and very professional! Checked the pressures, freon, furnace, and that everything was functional. While the system is old, it is still getting the job done, albeit in a less efficient way. Didn't try to sell me anything I did not need but that I should be prepared for it to continue to decline. I would recommend Integrated to everyone! They plan to send me a quote for a replacement system so that I know what I potentially have to be prepared for. It may be fine for years to come but I trust these guys when things need repaired!
