  Two words: Hot. Head. Didn't even work together just had my employee call about an inquiry for an RTU, and the owner started dropping F bombs at him. Seems like a pattern based on other reviews so wanted to share that experience. Interesting business approach, hope this guys alright in the noggin.

  Integrated Air Solutions saved our day for the second time. The first time—about 18 months ago—we called Darrin, he hustled out to our house on the same day for an emergency heat pump failure. Winter of course. And, thanks to Darrin warmth was restored. We called him three days ago with a sick A/C unit. With several 90º+ days still ahead, Darrin came the next day after finishing his 10 hours of scheduled work and worked here until we had a cool house again. That was 8pm. Darrin goes above and beyond to take care of his customers. He's fair, he's diligent, he knows what he's doing, and he's on time. With confidence we recommend Integrated Air Solutions.
