  They have plenty of supplies but the staff is rude as hell I guess since I'm not a contractor I don't get treated with courtesy I understand that you may be a wholesaler and you can sell direct to the customer but you don't just soon as you see refused to want to even offer service or even give them recommendations

  So.. You have to have an account to buy anything from them. Makes no sense. A business that doesn't want your money. Fine, I'll find someone who does.

  Dwight, we are sorry to hear that you did not have a favorable experience at our Victoria location. Because we are a wholesaler, we do require that each customer have or be associated with an HVAC license. Our validation method is to create an account. If you are a licensed contractor, we certainly welcome your business and hope that you come back to see us. Insco has been serving HVAC/R businesses for over 60 years.
