  Chris has been absolutely amazing- we wouldn’t recommend anyone else. We initially called Innovative Mechanical after waking up on a Sunday morning (in December) to a broken furnace. The receptionist who took our call was so helpful and polite. Chris was at our house within the hour. He was professional, knowledgeable, and quickly resolved the issue. We love that we can trust him and call him any time we have an issue.

  Chris and his team was great. My 40 year old furnace died. They came out same day to look at it we decided the best option to get me up and running with heat the next day was mini splits. I had purchased my house in the spring and was planing on going that way in the next few years anyway. I truly appreciated them moving their schedule around to help me out of the bind. Great customer service so nice and respectful as a young lady I appreciated immensely they didn’t talk down to me as my experience with other contractors in the past. Will certainly maintain this new relationship into the future and would recommend anyone to them.

  I received quotes from a few different companies and not only was Innovative Mechanical the best value, but they also diagnosed the problem quickly and accurately and they were able to get the job done within a few days of contracting them. This was a pleasant surprise because another company came to the house multiple times and couldn’t diagnose the issue properly so we were without heat and hot water for a few weeks. Once Innovative Mechanical came into the picture we had heat and hot water back within days. I was very happy to have found them.
