Innovative Air Solutions has given us top notch, quality care. Our new build AC system quickly had issues that other companies weren't taking the time to address. Our technician, Parker, has been knowledgeable, taken care of current issues and given us a monitoring plan to get our system working properly throughout every season. Additionally, they have handled all communication with our AC brand and warranty. We have been very pleased with them so far and recommend their care.

John and his coworker were very much professional for what they do. Explain everything to me that was done in order to get my system back up and running. Very nice guys, I will definitely use this company for all my air conditioner service. And recommend them to others as well.

Horrible experience with this company! Not only did they lie to us about a leak when they couldn't find the leak they assumed it was in the house. Then "made a leak" when we caught them in the lie they quickly welded up the copper lines making several mistakes and leaving trash in the lines had to have another company come in and re-weld their work. Now our unit is working perfectly and not leaking in the walls like they had said. We highly advise not to use this company they will lie and create work for themselves without regard for your pockets.

The specific technician that was dispatched was not who we wanted to assign this call to. Our Senior technician is better equipped for customers with systems such as yourself. All our staff are of the highest integrity in the workforce. We always strive to match the skillset of the technician to the repair except when a customer insists otherwise. Your home's comfort system is uniquely complex and only our most senior service technician should have adjusted or attempted repairs to it.
