Thank you for your prompt response to my complaint. resolved quickly and efficiently. I received my replacement unit pretty fast and including all parts needing to replace the bad unit. Took me 3-4 hrs to complete all the installation. Thanks MRCOOL and Ingrams Water Air. My only complaint is about the carrier who delivered my system. The driver left the skid on the street basically. My first two system, the driver lend me the pallet jack and I put my system in my garage. Thanks again guys.

I purchased a new spplt heat pump unit (mr.Cool SEERE 20 2/3 Ton with an correspondent air handler) The process from the beginning, technical aspecas and support, getting the estimated cost and delivery was flawless. Just now I am having a local contractor installing the unit and he seems right on time at this task and without reamrks on the unit other to highlithing the ease to install. I did received the airhandler palstic pan broken and requested a credit due to trasnportation damage.

We bought the 27K 2Zone split mini. we are NOT professionals and very skeptical of the "DIY" however after emailing Ingrams Water and dealing with 2 particular customer service reps and after dozens and dozens of emails back and forth we felt confident! Special thanks to Matthew McKinney and Judy Hines!! Matthew helped us through the purchase portion and buying the correct unit for our needs as well he answered every single question with the fastest response any customer could expect as well invited us to call him direct at anytime throughout this experience including a Saturday. Judy Hines jumped in with support and reassurance with all the products and tech support and when she wasn't sure she copied us with discussions she shared with the tech staff!! Judy responded just as quick as Matthew and even working from home (she got Covid) and sick she still assisted in a very positive manor!! Ingrams, we suggest you hang on to these 2 professionals!!! Jan 14 2022 we were done installing and before we activated the system I drove them both crazy asking for reassurance lol - they talk to us and we fired up the system and we can report here on Jan 23 2022 the system is still running as it should and to say we are pleased is a huge understatement. We are so please that Monday we plan to order another air handler for a distant room and will use the 2 x 25' line set, this time we are feeling confident! We are able (we hope as not talked to Matthew and Judy yet as Sunday) to add a 3rd air handler as the unit they supplied for 2 zones has a 3rd connection and now we plan to make use of it. There are a few minor things they could improve i.e. wire connection from air handler to main, the app for the phone is not seamless as we still need to work that out, lastly the directions could be more detailed. Neither of these 3 issues will make me knock off a star as the communication between us 2 old folks (60,s retired) and the professional team support from Matthew and Judy made up for this minor inconvenience in a huge way! March 22/22 update. Well had the opportunity to deal with technical support and this is update to previous review. So we contacted John in customer service and just like Judy and Matthew, we got great service omg - he analyzed the code we supplied and tickete boo we were fixed up.
