  Not as happy. They were good & prompt at getting the 4 units installed, but one of our units stopped working after a couple of years. It took more than 2 months to get it working again. After several phone calls. We were constantly told, we’ll get back to you. “Someone dropped the ball “. (Several times apparently). And then billed over $500! Sorry, but not pleased.

  It is simply a pleasure to deal with this company. Jeff and the office staff are always upbeat, efficient and super helpful on the phone. Danny is incredibly knowledgeable and I appreciate how he takes the time to educate me, the homeowner, as he is evaluating the home and a job. I had the free energy audit and then was able to have some really valuable updates done to my older home that make me very comfortable and happy -- appreciate it so much! The crew who did the work was excellent and hard working. I am still booking them for jobs and highly recommend anyone who owns a home contact The Indoor Airman for an energy audit. Truly a superhero company!

  I had a really great experience with this company. I had them install a 4 head ductless mini split in my home. It works great. Also, their techs were courteous and knowledgeable. When I had questions, they always answered them patiently. Really great job!
