  I called Indoor Air Specialties to repair my nearly 60 year old furnace. When the technician arrived, after a fairly quick inspection, I was told that the parts to repair my furnace were not available. His solution was to have an appointment setup with a salesman to quote me for a new furnace. I was charged $35 for the service call and after trying to up sell me on a new furnace, they left. I called Comfy Heating & AC who were able to come out the very next day. And after less than 1 hour, he was able to repair my furnace with parts he had available on his truck. They were efficient and very professional and the charge for the repairs were more than reasonable

  **edit** You've used the same template with a different fake account on a review for one of our competitors. Sloppy. Hello, I apologize but we have no record of you as a customer. We certainly haven't had any requests to repair a furnace in this crazy summer heat. Also, as far as I can tell, the company Comfy Heating & AC is located and operates in California while we operate in South Texas. Hopefully this and other recent reviews are a case of mistaken identity.

  I have used Indoor Air Specialties two times in the past 10 years. They initially installed my Heater. I had a great experience then. I also had a repair last year with JC who was great as well. Last month my A/C stopped working and I called ABC. They were able to get a technician out quickly. Eli informed me that the blower of my unit went out. Luckily it was under warranty for a couple more months, but he said the labor was not under warranty. He quoted me that it would be a 2-4 hr job and the cost would be $997.00. I was shocked by the labor cost. $250.00 an hr if it was 4 hrs, or if it was 2 hrs, nearly $500.00 per hr. I found that to be outrageous. A few days later when I called back about a timeline, Eli said he spoke to his manager and they could give me a discount and I was quoted $785.00. Still TOO much in my opinion. I was very disappointed and I hired another company who fixed the repair for $225.00.

  Hello, we have no record of you as a customer. Also, there is no Eli at this company. Are you describing what happened with a competitor?Hopefully this and other recent reviews are a case of mistaken identity and not spam from the company who's offer to remove negative reviews we rejected.

  We had to have our microwave vent updated to accommodate a new above stove microwave. We also needed the microwave installed. We were expecting someone to come and look to see if they could do it and within a few minutes the team came in and began the work. It was like a well oiled machine. And within a hour the vent was updated and the microwave was installed and working. Thank you so much for your attention to detail and professionalism. We would definitely reccomend using this company to anyone. And we will keep them on our list for future need.
