  Shannon and his son replaced our heating a/c system. They were courteous and very personable. They removed and hauled away our old system, cleaned up after themselves each visit and completed the job in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Indoor Air Solutions!

  I've been asking for an explanation as to why my grandparents fan control was set to low, freezing the coil, installed poorly, and overcharged after 2 visits from Indoor Air in Selah. I was told our heat pump couldn't handle the temperatures, 73-75 is too cold in the house, and that we can tape cardboard to the returns in the walls downstairs. Employee left immediately and couldnt be bothered to even fully remove a panel and look. It was fixed by another company with no problems. We have not asked for the "service call to deal with us personally", and I would HIGHLY recommend this employee from Selah not to trespass here. Me calling him for an explanation of inadequate service is not harassment, regardless of what he thinks. We were threatened with trespass on private property, which is definitely an attempt at harassment. He's right, he doesn't owe me any explanation. Please have him call the 90 year old customers and give them one, they've paid $8000+. I will continue to call the Selah phone once during business hours for an explanation. Your website to contact you doesn't work, interestingly enough. It's entirely reasonable to do so and I look forward to resolving this for my grandparents. Thanks.

  Tyese guys are great to work with and efficient. Only trust my HVAC maintenance to them since I've been at my pkace 6+ years. Highly recommend.
