  My husband and I live in an older home in Jackson and unfortunately there were several gas leaks in our lines. Both Jon and Kristin were so helpful getting us the help we needed and fast. Jon was very efficient and so helpful. I would recommend Independence to anyone in need of heating and cooling assistance!

  Very professional. When they came to the house they were very nice and respectful of our home. They cleaned up afterwards too. I would totally recommend this business.

  Thank You, to John first for getting the Bat out of my furnace and then fixing it. It's hard for us Baby Boomers to find someone we can trust and that will help us out in an emergency. This company was so great to work with even came on a Sunday morning when the heat went. Then thank you, to Kristen the office manager for walking me through what I need to do as a customer. I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting good, and fast service.
