  Overcharged us for garbage disposal and parts. Make sure to get a quote before you decided on their service. It was our mistake for not asking for pricing beforehand. But then again, who charges extra for retail parts? We really liked the installer, he was fast and friendly. We won't use In-Sink again for overcharging us and not being upfront with their pricing. It's a shame as we are about to do a home remodel and they lost the long term business for a temporary gain. Lost out on thousands of dollars for inflated pricing. Do what is right for the client and you will have them for a lifetime. In this case, just a one and done service.

  Service was rendered in less than 24 hours. We use professional supplies that are not available in box stores. You have a 1 year parts and labor warranty with our company. I offered a discount and you did not take it. What is good enough? When you owned your dental practice we did not get to question your prices? We have served Whitefish proudly for over 20 years!!

  Outstanding customer service!! Five stars for responsiveness and going above and beyond to ensure we had hot water when our hot water heater kicked the bucket. I was blown away when another plumber in town could not get to us for 2 weeks and Charlie with In-Sink was at our house the day we called, despite a full schedule. Charlie's pricing is competitive and the quality is top notch. I would not even think twice about considering anyone else for any critical plumbing need! Charlie is honest, personable and knows how to put the customer 1st! Thank you for the outstanding service!!

  Called and spoke to owner, Charlie. Said I did not need a new hot water tank, that this one one was not that old. Waited for tech to come, next day. Tech showed up and was going to change element, but there was prior water damage, from the last leaky tank. Tech called Charlie, Charlie would not completer the work needed, even though tech said that Charlie was more of a replace it guy. Surprised he is still in business actually. Tech was nice, and helpful, though no work was completed. Posted this review. .
