  Nice utility company, right now offering a great program for NO COST !! At all . Servicing a/c’s , checking your ducts , smart thermostat , etc!! very nice program and think everyone should do it , not a scam , this is real .. all for saving electricity and it helps a lot .

  They are thrives everything about them, they nickel and dime you to death the customer service is awful they are rude have horrible attitude. The prices they charge for electricity is astronomical and they can do it because they hold the monopoly on power in the Coachella Valley we have no other options.

  We have Covid so they need payment but only via Debit and or Credit card can't use check and only place you can go to is Laquinta. No mercy they have a family with permanent disability and they pretty much don't GAF! The bills are huge and they cut me off once and I never had bill. Less than 250. So what do we do ? Anyway I hope they all get sick and die!
