The service was great as our waitress was extremely patient and kind, but the tables were very close to each other and the noise level was almost unbearable. I know it is an IHOP, so it is to be expected however there was just a lot of noise with every table filled up. My food was subpar as it wasn't very warm when I got it and the hollandaise sauce was barely a part of the dish when I thought it would've overran it. My niece ate a chocolate pancake that she loved! It wasn't a terrible experience it was just subpar, probably will give it another try on a less busy day

Sierra was a fantastic server. Food was great. They split our meal without an extra charge. The bathrooms could be cleaner but all around an excellent experience

Best (service), best food in Spokane WA. Employees were cleaning , All staff was on the ball. Best I've seen in years. Good Job Thanks Special thanks to the cook
