Fridge was not cooling.  Ideal was able to come out the same day within a few hours and quickly diagnosed a dodgy fan and they actually had the part in the truck.  Quick and efficient service.  Will absolutely use again.

Ideal Refrigeration is one of the best HVAC equipment installers and service providers in the area.  They in business for over 50 years and are family owned and operated.  They are honest and do excellent work.

A company I patron everyday had Their air conditioner break 2 days ago (and it’s been over 90 degrees) they have called this company that they are contracted with for two days and have left messages, and no one has even acknowledged the messages. If you are going to put your company out there to service other businesses, no matter what day the call comes in, there should always be someone on call to assist, ESPECIALLY businesses with food, and other things that need cooling.

It just shows that they can care less about their customers and will not go above and beyond to help.

If you are looking for a company as a business owner to contract with, I advise to find a company that will answer your calls and come out especially in emergency conditions.

And by the way, they said they were opened TODAY, (Saturday 8-5pm) I just went and CLOSED!

Quick and reliable service, quite reasonable.
I had a follow up call on a Saturday, and they came right away and fixed the problem.
