  I was pleased from the time of the price quote from Richard to the completed project by the technicians. The work was done in a timely manner. The technicians that did the install were very kind and courteous. They answered any questions that I asked them. They worked diligently and cleaned up at the end. I have used Ideal Air for a number of years for my annual maintenance. I have always been pleased with their work. An honest company to work with to meet your needs.

  Great experience from beginning to end. Richard explained everything thoroughly. I'm a 'why' guy, and he gladly answered all of my questions. Friendly crew (Chris, Jacob and Jose) who did a very good install, and a great job of cleaning up each day. They came recommended by my family who's used them for three different systems. We'll be the fourth to do so.

  Ideal Air replaced our system a few weeks ago and it has been so nice! They showed up on a Friday with a full crew and got to work. Everyone was very helpful. I had three companies come out to provide quotes and Ideal Air was the cheapest of the three. They were not only the cheapest, but their equipment offered at different priced tiers was better equipment than what was in the competing companies quotes. We are very happy with our choice and would recommend Richard and his team at Ideal Air!
