  I'd like to clarify that this is a review of the company's customer service and public relations, not the actual product. I have never used this product before so cannot comment on it. I also would like to add that I do not feel this company owes me free products. I believe the portable cooler is actually priced reasonably, however the add ons such as chargers and batteries are just price gouging. Imagine if we bought cell phones, power tools, electronics, ect... that came without the charging systems. Many products use these types of batteries nowadays and yet IcyBreeze is the only one I've seen that sells each item separately. But whatever, that's their choice. I won't buy the product because I can't. Life goes on. It seemed like it would be a great beneficial product to use in animal rescue. I have called the company before to inquire about if they offer any type of discounts to non-profits and was told no. I have messaged their Facebook to ask as well and was told no. That's fine, I have been helping animals for years without the luxury of this product and will continue to do so without. However, they keep popping up on my news feed showing people using this product to help their pets be more comfortable. The comment that upset me was the "we never offer discounts" one on a recent ad post. I commented "It would be nice if you offered discounts to animal rescues". I got a response shortly after which suddenly turned into whoever manages the FB page to accuse me of attacking them and to begin name-calling/shaming me for having the audacity to quote their own words. I'm not sure if this is the owner of the company responding to the public on social media or if it's some hired marketing rep but if it's the owner, stop being cheap and hire a professional that knows how to respond to public inquiries. If it's someone else just managing the FB page, they need a beginners training course on public relations. I'm curious how whoever manages the Google reviews will respond. Is it the same person that responds on FB who will try to gaslight and shame me for speaking my truth? Or will it be someone else further up who will look into this complaint and make changes for the better. Again, the purpose of this review is not to get free or discounted products but to share with others about my experience. Hopefully this will help the company to work on their public relations, marketing and customer service.

  Great product! We hit the Texas redneck Riveria and of course there are coolers everywhere. But when I set up my chair, pull up the hose and start blowing !ICY COLD! air on me and mine, then I lean over open it up to grab a beer, a whole new beach experience unfolds. Run don’t walk to get one. Blows cold and for HOURS. Also I don’t know if it is better insulated or what but it feels to me like it keeps ice longer than even a Yeti. Breeze on!

  What an amazing product. We live in Florida and take our cat everywhere. Now we can take him on the boat without him overheating. We can also pack the cooler with our favorite drinks and food.
