  Frankie & Craig came this morning w their crew and replaced both my upstairs & my downstairs units w Trane systems. They recommended 15 seer units and Honeywell thermostats. Frankie cared enough to tell me not to go overboard w overly complicated units. Super thorough and clean!! No mess and they offered very competitive pricing. I will call them every year to maintain my units. Thanks to both of you for doing such a great job today!!

  The heat stopped working on a cold day end of March and the house filled with a burning smell. Called Icy Hot that morning and Craig appeared a few hours later. He was methodical in determining the cause of the problem and very cost conscious in recommending the parts to fix it. Heat And AC working better than before the HVAC Blower failure. Highly Recommend. HVAC repairs are always costly and these guys actually care about helping you.

  Frankie and his team are honest and reliable. I called Icy Hot to get a second opinion after the crooks at Service Experts told me I needed to replace my existing HVAC. Frankie looked at the system and quickly determined the capacitor was not working, "very common" so he went to his truck to get the new part and was finished in 20 minutes. Hard to believe I was about to waste a ton of money on a new system, call ICY HOT first!
