Only people I use to fix my work kitchen!

Definitely make a strong consideration before hiring these guys. We were staying at the Holiday Inn City Center where they were working. Apparently, shutting off water before fixing pipes is new to them? They flooded out like 5 floors or something. There’s a water cleanup crew working day and night here because of the damage

We apologize that your hotel stay was so drastically inconvenienced due to this situation.  A standard, industry accepted, attempt to make a temporary repair to avoid shutting water down to the entire hotel during a busy night unfortunately exposed a weakness in a fitting.  The issue that was found and repaired actually went all the way back to an original install issue and we were just the unlucky ones to find it.
Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this caused during your stay.
