  Called them at 10am and they were there by 1pm diagnosed my issue and had it fixed within the hour and did a tuneup on the rest of the system. Didn't try to sell me on extra repairs and was upfront and honest. Would recommend this company to anyone in the Robertson County area and will definitely use in the future.

  These guys are fantastic. I’m very thankful for them, our house was 88 degrees when they came out to “repair” our AC unit. After discovering we needed to replace our unit (I assumed that was coming) they installed it the same day. They were at my house until 9pm making sure we would sleep comfortably that night. They didn’t give me the run around and have me sink tons of money into a dying unit, they were upfront and honest. Will definitely be using them for any heating and cooling needs from here on out.

  My Farmhouse needed duct work replaced. I'd just done a recent cleanout of the entire crawl space and added a new plastic vapor barrier throughout. Owner sent his parter/worker out to bid my duct replacement job. That was on a Thursday. Said he'd get back to me by the next day. I informed him I was away, but we could continue to text. Next day he said "My worker hasn't sent me a picture of his bid yet." Next day, no bid. I text the owner again. ""I'll have it for you on Monday." Monday comes and goes. I send another text on Tuesday. No reply. I call him today (Wednesday) and he says "We're gonna pass on the job. There's spiders down there and it's a low crawl space." (3' height) Spiders. These guys put in heat/AC units all day, and they're afraid of spiders. Let that sink in. Seems like they don't want to work. Full week wasted. FAIL
