Had the Pleasure of talking with Peggy on the phone today and I have to say it was by far the best customer service I have had from a repair company in a long time. She was very clear on the process and even offered to pick up my equipment that needs to be serviced. I look forward to working with them for any our needs in the future.

I needed some unique hoses replaced on our motorhome. I had a mechanic in from out of town and time was very tight. NAPA didn't have the right fittings and sent me to Ice-Kold. Jared looked over the 22 year old, roached hoses we took off the MH, said he could do them, and told me an hour or so. He didn't even ask "when" I needed them. The hour was perfect turnaround for me. I also needed a unique fitting into the engine block that he didn't have and he pointed me in the right direction for that. I can't say enough about Ice-Kold and how they took care of us! Very highly recommend!!!!!

Subaru Forester AC did not work. I took it into my local Subaru dealer and it cost me exactly $167.70 for them to look at it. They wrote the following on the invoice. Found the system to be low on charge, topped off system and added dye. Ran system and checked for leaks. Found leak in evaporator core. Will need to replace core and expansion valve to start with. Then on the estimate for repair cost they noted Code 23 and code 101101 which would include removing the AC evaporator core and replace. Install new 0 rings and replace expansion valve for a total cost of $1576.11. Add the cost for them to find the problem and you have a total of $1743.81!!! I then took my car to Ice-Kold, LLC in Grafton, WI. Wish I had taken my car there first! Cost to diagnose AC was $45.00 They found a leak at the expansion valve and total cost of repair was $337.44 + $45.00 diagnosis = Total cost $382.44. I have shared this story with others in the hope that I will save them a significant amount of money and time. It only took Ice-Kold a half hour to diagnose the problem and with the Subaru dealer I had to leave my car there all day. I always worry when finding a business online and not really hearing about them through someone I know. I had checked the BBB and other sites and decided to try them after reading positive reviews. I am so glad I did. Everyone there was down to earth and took the time to explain what they were doing and how they found the problem. I completely trusted them. I waited to write this review since I still couldn’t believe how quickly and accurately they repaired my air conditioner. Well, it has been almost a week and some of the hottest weather and everything is great. What have I learned from this experience?? Well, my car is way past warranty so now when something goes wrong, I will go to someone local that will offer much better pricing. Way to go Ice-Kold!!! I have already recommended you to many others:)
