  STAY AWAY!!! I would not even give a 1 star! This company will rip you off! Tech (Jacob) stands around and stares at the fridge for hours upon hours to collect $98.40 an hour and because I purchased my own part straight from True Manf. for a quarter of their price they stand around to make up that cost they lost and then charge an "invoice charge" of $94.96! just to make me an invoice? what is that?!!! I would think a company would tell you to let them know if there is any problems after stay an hour staring at the temperature but no they just rake up the bill by doing absolutely nothing!!! They will not even discuss the charges, they have claimed they made multiply calls to us and we refused to call them back, well that was a complete lie! They never once called and never once left a voicemail, if they were professional they would have left at least that! So they decided to tell us we better pay them or they will send us to collections so we called left a message for a GENE, well go figured he never called us back and we received a call from a collection agency the next day, but thats fine we will dispute it! It doesn't bother us! W absolutely do not mind paying for honest work but this company just wants to rip you off!

  ICC has maintained and serviced our facility’s refrigeration systems for many years now. We have been very satisfied with their service. They have proven to be timely in getting work quoted and completed. The quality of work is excellent. Dispatch is always professional in managing the work from beginning to end. We highly recommend their services.
