Great company, these guys know there stuff. I had a problem with my HVAC and the technician was of great helped as he explained the issue thoroughly with step by step reasoning of what happened and why it happened. There subscription-based services is great as it covers 2 visits to check in on the unit. Round the clock phone assistance service, included.
And they wil help you go through thermostat installation process, which is great help. I highly recommend!!

The air conditioning stopped working at my business and I called on a Saturday for a repair. They scheduled an appointment for Monday,  showed up in the two hour time frame, determined what needed to be fixed, left and returned with the equipment to fix it the same day! Job well done! Will use them again!!!

What can I say, Hynes does it all. We’ve used them to service our homes dual system for the past three years and they’ve been outstanding. From maintenance check ups, coolant refill, to total HVAC replacement and upgrade their service has been top grade every time. Reasonably priced in comparison to the competition and prompt responses to any issues that come up which fortunately hasn’t been in a while. I Highly recommend this company.  (Vet owned and operated is always a plus for me but great service keeps us steady customers)

Mike and his team just helped us replace both HVAC systems at our residence. They were by far the most receptive and communicative company we had come out to quote our project. And they gave Stafford/Fredericksburg pricing vice the NoVa prices some of the other companies in our area gave. Great service. Great pricing. Great communication.

Last year Mike repaired my son’s heat pump.  His cost was very reasonable and he did a great job.  I like his work and work ethics enough that I had Mike install a new heat pump at my house.  He had the best price in town and once again he did a great job.  He is very trustworthy and he respects your home and your privacy while working in your house. I was extremely impressed with the job Hynes HVAC performed. Mike Hynes was very professional, personable, and informative answering every question I had. He was prompt and completed the task without a hitch. I highly recommend Hynes HVAC and will use them on all future HVAC work.

After an extensive research looking for  HVAC company to service my unit. I contacted Hynes for pre-inspection of my system before the upcoming summer season.  He arrived on time, was very professional, and knowledgeable.  After chatting about my system for a few moments, I signed up for their annual plan which is reasonable to take care of my HVAC unit year round. I did have a few minor caulking issues outside which he will be taken care of the next visit... Do yourself a favor and sign up their  annual plan before serious problem arise...

Excellent customer service and goes above and beyond for his customers. I am recommending to family members. So grateful to have found this company! Mike was there for my family during the summer when my AC went out. He made an extremely stressful situation sooo much better. I would never go with another company as long as Mike is around.
