  WOW!!! Is all I can say !! We met Chad through a call to our warranty company. From his initial call to his follow up call we were extremely impressed. He was concerned with the incoming weather and wanted to visit our property to diagnose our problem. Chad went above and beyond and with his expertise & knowledge was able to get our unit running properly!! We are forever grateful to receive such honest and genuine service!! We've found our go to guy and highly recommend Chad Hyatt!!!😊

  I was referred to Hyatt by a neighbor because my system wasn't cooling. Since it was Memorial Day weekend I was expecting that it wouldn't be repaired until sometime after the Holiday. But, Chad called first thing Saturday morning and came out within an hour. He was up front about the service visit cost and after diagnosing the problem, what the repair would cost. The pricing was reasonable, he was honest, I recommend Hyatt Heating and Air and Chad highly for all your HVAC needs

  Chad identified the A/C problem quickly. Old Republic Home Owners Insurance ordered the part and Chad installed. The unit was back up and running. Highly recommend and will use his services in the future. Thanks!
