Absolutely fantastic company. We're very satisfied with the work. They installed a tankless water heater, furnace and ac. They installed all of those things in a very old house, which I'm sure wasn't simple or easy. Perfectly executed, however. Professional, efficient and competent. Prices were very competitive. Strongly recommend using their services.

Paul came in an emergency to fix my broken AC during this brutal heat wave. He was professional, personal, and punctual. I appreciated his thoroughness and explanation of what he was doing. He was happy to answer any questions I had during the service appointment. Needless to say, I am thankful to have a cooler house for my wife and kids to live in. Shout out to HVAC1's operator, Marissa. She did a great job on communications from scheduling and sending Paul when he was available and in the area. I definitely would contact them again for any HVAC service I need in the future.

I can’t even begin to express how happy I am with HVAC1’s service. We had them tackle an install we thought was going to be impossible and they were able to deliver. The techs that came out were courteous and worked extremely hard while here. Paul came out for a follow up and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I would not refer my friends and family elsewhere, these guys are amazing and truly care about their customers.

Seminik HVAC was very quick and responsive to diagnosing our office system. In this Heat Wave we had had our system burnt up and completely stopped working. Paul had a crew come out the very next day with parts and within 4 hours we were running back on schedule with A/C. Thank you for the excellent work and will be using again if needed.

First of all we have been a client of Semenik HVAC for several years.  They were knowledgeable of the health problems within our home from their past visits.  We called them in because of a problem with one of our two heat pumps freezing up.  They came out, serviced the unit, got it working fine.  They warned us that the unit was going to give us further problems it was technically beyond repairs.  Within a day, the problem returned.  We called, they advised us that the unit was going to have to be replaced.  It would take at least three weeks before they could obtain a unit and do so.  Within 24 hours they called back and advised us that they were getting a unit to replace ours and would be here in the next couple of days.  They were here in two days and installed the new unit.  They even stayed till 10 P.M. to make sure we had AC.  They were extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly and helpful.  There work was neat and orderly.  We have recommended them in the past but now, we would go out of our way to recommend them to anyone we know.  They are a great company.

Highly recommended!!! Very professional!! Hired Paul and his crew for the first time for a new construction home. Had them install all of the ductwork/furnace, a/c, fireplace, gas pipe and tankless water heater. Finished all the work on time. Easy to work with! Will be using them for all my HVAC needs!!!

Can't say I have ever been so disappointed with a company. I had a scheduled appointment, received a cryptic text message the day before my scheduled appt saying the tech's van broke down so he may be late for his appointment the next day. I received a text message 30 minute after he was scheduled to arrive indicating he will not make it and suggested I call someone else because they are booked for the next 3 weeks. Why would I go out three weeks when I was scheduled and for no fault of mine, was cancelled? Needless to say, if this is how they operate, it raises questions on the potential for bigger problems.

We are sorry about the inconvenience Sean. Our records show that you had requested a fireplace service and tune up. Today is July 2nd 2021. Hottest year Spokane has ever seen, all our technicians are on emergency calls saving people's lives, fixing AC units. It's hard to believe that a person has no understanding or care about that. A fireplace can wait till the fall at this point. We are going to the next persons house who just got back from the Emergency Room from a Heat Stroke because their AC stopped working. We wish everyone the best, we're here to help the community.

Installed our system 2 years ago. Great all around including price. This year furnace quit working and when the repairman came out he advised that the filter needed to be replaced. I’m a recent widow and my husband used to handle this. The repairman was so nice and educated me on when and what filter to use. This is quality hometown service at its best.

I highly recommend using their services.  I chose them after getting multiple quotes for a new HVAC system. They were willing to work with me, made it easy to get financing through them and were so nice and helpful.  I just paid it off and I will continue working with them in the future.
