Outstanding service. I've been a customer for 6 years. My first job was to replace all 3 of my HVAC systems with new outdoor units and furnaces. I've never regretted my decision and have been happy ever since. The occasional maintenance issue has always been fixed in a timely manner. This past weekend I lost use of 2 of my 3 furnaces due to some roofing work that was not done correctly. On a Saturday morning with 8 inches of snow on the ground Pat made the trip out to my house and fixed the issues with my roof ventilation pipes. Very grateful to Frank and Pat and the whole gang at HVAC Services Unlimited.

I had a problem with my boiler heater which also regulates the hot water in my house. Not knowing who to contact since I’m new to the area, I contacted a recommended local company. After four trips and over two months of off and on hot water and heat, another repair service told me how to research the company that installed my boiler which was HVAC Services. A repairman and Pat came out twice within three days. Pat identified that it wasn’t even the boiler, it was the regulator on my gas tank. My gas service came out and fixed it in ten minutes at no cost. I wish I had known and contacted HVAC Services the first time, it would have saved me a $1600 repair cost that didn’t even fix it, from the first company and a lot of grief and freezing from the get go. Thank you so much Pat and crew for amazing service!!

First off, I was looking for an authorized Bryant dealer. I called and spoke to Mr. Frank about adding a return vent and duct to our current system due to a condensation problem. Mr. Frank came out as scheduled and was very professional. He took the time to consider our problem with the best resolution. He was honest and gave 2 options with one just trying a ceiling fan. I agreed to try the fan first. I inquired if he would service our current Bryant system, which he stated sure will, just call to set it up after October. I called and spoke with Mr. Frank and we set a date for October 23. I had taken off work that day. That morning Pat (HVAC Services) called and said they will not be able to make the service call today. He went on to say they will will not be able to service me because of my location. I didn't know what to say to be honest especially since the owner, Mr. Frank has already been here knowing where I am and said to call them for maintinance on the system. Pat stated he could help me find another company closer to me which was not a resolution I was looking for. I Google mapped the destination and are are only 17 miles (23 minutes) from their shop to my house. So not to go on and on...I'm glad to see their business is that good that they can throw away work along with customers. Mr. Frank told me we have a top-of-the-line system when it was put in, but it is 10 yrs old. I picked these guys to service this sytem and wanted to use them to replace it when the time came. I will not be calling them when that time arrives, I already contatced S.R. Pete for maintinance. Although they are busy too, really apreciatted the work and gaining a new customer. Shame on you guys.
