  I had an awesome experience with Hvac Place getting all the components for two high velocity forced air systems. They walked me through everything from measuring for and engineering the systems through several rounds of edits and a long discussion of options. I was able to schedule the delivery of my shipment so I'd be there to meet it. And when an element I ordered through them that shipped from another facility was delayed, they tracked it down for me the same day I notified them. Did I mention this was all done through email?! Excellent service. Great company.

  I was in need of a replacement wireless programmable thermostat. I contacted HVAC Place and chatted with Kris. Excellent help. I placed an order on Thursday or Friday and received the TStat on Monday or Tuesday. It was, as advertised, brand new and in original packaging. It is installed and working well. I was a little concerned about writing a check, taking a photo of it and emailing it to HVAC Place -- but it was not a problem. I would purchase from them again and highly recommend their service.

  Great service! There was a delay from the factory, (not surprising with the pandemic!) but I was made aware of that being an issue and was provided with updates.
