  Hurston Heating and air is a joke. They showed up and determined that the compressor needed to be changed. So he shows up 2 weeks later with a new compressor but could not get it to work. So he leaves with my old compressor and never comes back or answers my phone calls. I called over and over and he turns his phone off. His very lazy helper has the nerve to ask me for something to drink so I give him a room temperature bottle of water. He comes back and asks me if I had any cold water with some ice, he had to have some ice. Very unprofessional... All I heard from them was how covered up they were for the reason why I had to wait over 2 weeks for them to come back with the new compressor. I ended up having to call someone else to finish the job. Do not make the mistake of calling Hurston for anything because if the job ends up being too difficult they will just not show up and ignore your phone calls, oh yeah and take your $.
