  I’ve been having issues with my brand new AC and the AC company I was using wasn’t solving my problem, so I decided to get a 2nd opinion. These 2 gentlemen arrived on time and were courteous enough, but informed me my AC was dirty which is why it wasn’t working (Uh, it was brand new and just cleaned by the other company, did NOT fix the problem), then proceeded to use my garden hose to “clean” the outside unit (which I informed them was not the issue...) and told me I needed to clean the inside unit as well. When I asked them how much to do it, they said “We don’t want to step on anyone’s toes” and would not even work on my air conditioner? After taking my $100 for the service call, of course! Stay away!! I ended up finally getting someone else out here who told me I had a refrigerant leak and that fixed the problem! Waste of money for not even the correct diagnoses of my problem.
