  I called 4 months ago for regular furnace check since I just recently moved into house. Was told someone would contact me with date/time. Never heard back. Stopped in and was told the same thing. Never heard back. Called today and was told same thing, on list, not idea when they could look at it. Guess I’ll have someone from Des Moines check it out.

  Had no hot water, due to sump pump failure in unfinished basement. Called Hulgan Plumbing & Heating Co. and they sent Blake out right away!!! Blake removed & replaced sump pump, drained the flooded basement, and restarted my water heater. I am a very satisfied customer.
