  That is an incorrect statement sir. Rheem does not charge a warranty processing fee, we, as a Rheem distributor, charge that fee to non Rheem contractors to offset the cost of processing the warranty paperwork and the cost of shipping the defective item back to Rheem. Rheem contractors are not charged that fee and we would suggest to any customer, that they contact a qualified Rheem contractor for any Rheem repairs, whether warranty or otherwise.

  Hughes plumbing supply is an awesome place. Customer friendly. Staff is always helpful. Answers any questions you have. Always have materials in stock. Special orders can be there next day. Best part is they treat you like family. Highly recommend.
