  We've had Hampton Hughes repair our furnace a couple times over the years. He was recommended to me by a friend. Good guy who does good work.

  He did fix my furnace after two visits. On the first visit he made some repairs, started the furnace with the reset but didn't stay to be sure it would stay running. I was charged for the full hour of labor, van supplies, and parts, that was acceptable. I had to call and have him come back to fix it so it would stay on, I was charged again for an hour labor, van supplies and part. I feel if it was done right the first time I wouldn't have had to pay the 2nd set of fees for labor and van supplies. That would have saved me $100. Since I can’t reply to your comment I’ll just add it here. Yes I should have said something but didn’t notice until I compared to the other invoice, you charged for two hours, when it wasn’t even one hour total with the two visits. Plus charged two van supplies charges of 10 each. That’s 100 I shouldn’t have been charged.

  Tracey, I was at your home for a water leak which I fixed. The unit was running when I left. The second visit was due to a burner issue totally unrelated to the first issue. I can't forsee what will happen after I leave. I'm sorry you're unhappy if you said something about the bill we could have discussed it.
