Evan did a good job reconnecting our sump pump discharge pipes. He also checked the hot water heater expansion tank. This a request above and beyond the call of duty. The Hughes team is always efficient, attentive and on time.

We’ve been with Hughes for twelve years and had an emergency this evening as warm air was exiting our vents. I called the emergency number and within an hour Bob arrived and fixed the problem. Yes, we paid a bit higher emergency visit fee but it was well worth it. Company is efficient, considerate and provides excellent customer service . Would not use anyone else.

Bob, Jeff, Chris and the other's who have worked in my home over the past 20 years I have been using Hughes have been nothing BUT THE BEST!   It's HARD to find a business today that still has the same if not better service and value that it had a year ago let alone 20 years ago.   They have bent over backwards for us over the years when our heater went and AC broke.  They were fair in selling us just what we needed and have never not tried to take advantage.  They show up ahead and leave the place neat and clean.  I highly recommend.

We have been using Hughes for 15+ years now for all our HVAC needs.   They have been nothing but professional, honest, on-time and prices are very fair.
They are great at getting to you in an emergency even when they are swamped.  They have always made sure when something was broke and we had to wait for a part that my family was still comfortable and not left in terrible temperatures and we very much appreciate that kind of customer service. It doesn't matter how big or small your job is, Hughes makes you feel like your number one.

Hughes does great service.  I have used them for about 20 years plus.  Tech showed up and did fix problem with AC problem.  Freon was a little low but added Freon.  I asked him to check Freon in our 2nd system and he said he didn’t have time .  Very disappointed in that response that he couldn’t take the time while here to check the Freon level of a long time customer. I think it needs a Freon update but not going to pay another $140 just to show up and then $90 per pound.  Not very happy with them this time..

Staff was very courteous, and adhered to Covid safety masking guidelines. Service was great  and he explained everything well. I regularly use this company for this service and have always been satisfied.

I am so happy I found Hughes! I called them on Friday for an emergent leak from our AC unit into our neighbors ceiling. They were able to fit me in that morning even though I was a new customer. Customer service was excellent, they were very professional and had great communication. I will now be using them for all of our heating and cooling needs and couldn’t recommend them enough.
