  I called Huether Heating and Cooling reluctantly as I take care of my own home repairs and don't like to pay professionals. After taking the doors of the furnace and seeing electronics I feel belong in a space shuttle, I knew it was time to call. I could not be more happy with this company. First they took my call at 7pm and responded to my house at about 8pm. The two gentlemen that came to my house were amazing and talked me through what had gone wrong. I asked if they wanted payment on spot and they said we need to bill you to see if the parts are under warranty.. and they were(saving me $). Thank you so much for your service and you have gained a customer moving forward.

  I have been a long time customer of Huether Heating and Cooling. From the very first appointment I was struck by their honesty and have put my trust in them ever since. I have always received great customer service and am confident in their expertise and quality of work. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

  I'm not going to mention my real name. This is a secondary account I have with google. Let me start by saying I am an experienced HVAC Contractor with significantly more experience than any tech Huether has to offer. With all of that being said. Do not go to this company! Anywhere else your money is better spent. They lie to customers. (Point made, period, end of discussion) They charge customers for parts that they do not need, nor would they need in the future. They charge for services that are not required at all, because they do not know what they are doing. I've heard of this company spending thousands of customers money to repair a furnace that had no reason to be repaired financially speaking due to the issues the furnace had. The reason they decided to repair the unit, is because they did not know what they were doing. In my professional opinion, as a service technician who has heard of many customers being taken advantage of, save yourself the head ache. Just go somewhere else. I have heard so many stories of this company, and so many customers they've defrauded, I've now taken it upon myself to advocate for these customers on their behalf.

  We have been in business for 50+ years, if you can NOT state your name, we believe that you are just posting negative comments to make yourself feel better. This comment is ABSURD, If you have HVAC experience then you wouldn't have called us in the first place.
