  If I could give zero stars I would. Member owned company???? bull!!! they have a monopoly and they DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!! its all about the money!!!!! shout out to Bill, Vicki, and Velvet! you are all completely inept and heartless!

  The first electric company that won't allow you to part of your bill and put the rest on next month's bill. Nothing like North Arkansas Electric which allows you to put what you can't pay on the following month, or the electric company in Ozark county which allows you to pay what I call prepaid electric. (If you pay $40 you get $40 worth of electric) This Howell and Organ has a monopoly going.

  Incredibly fast response time. The line crew that I have called on two separate occasions was great! They deserve a raise..very professional. Thumbs up Howell Oregon!
