  Refreshing to work with this company, and that comes from someone that’s dealt with lots of HVAC companies. Very responsive and professional. We had a unit that was not working and contacted Mr. Howard. The technician Corey came out and diagnosed the issue; when he returned with parts needed, he was very quick to make the repair. Corey was considerate and wore shoe protection when he came in the home, which I appreciated! The owner Mr. Howard is very kind and explained things clearly when I called with questions, and when I’ve called subsequently. I would highly recommend them for residential or commercial services.

  We first discovered HowardAire Services through HMS Home Warranty back in 2018. In January 2020, our home warranty expired; we contacted them directly; they fixed my heating system and gas fireplace. Marcus (Owner) does a wonderful job within a reasonable amount of time and doesn't overcharge for the work. I will continue to use HowardAire for all my HVAC needs.

  The team at HowardAire is amazing, not really any other way to describe the level of customer service, timeliness, professionalism, and care that they provided for us. We had to have warranty work done (ended up being a replacement) for one of our heat pumps and from start-to-finish, HowardAire had us up and running in 13 days. That’s dealing with the warranty company and ordering/receiving the heat pump and installing it. Not to mention the 90-min one way trips (x4) to my house…and then the heat pump the warranty company ordered didn’t have some of the mounting parts it was supposed to, so they made a trip to Lowes (90 min round trip) to get what they needed to make sure it was done correctly. These guys were great all around. Answered all of my questions, put me at ease, and took care of us after the local company wanted to charge $1800 for an unnecessary test after dragging out the claim process for 51 days…HowardAire diagnosed the issues in about 30-40 min simply by listening to us when we told them what was going on, then applying their expertise. If you’re in the market for any heating or A/C type work, HowardAire should be your first and only stop if you want a quality experience. Thanks fellas!
