  If I could give zero starts I would!! Call for a technician to come and service a reach in commercial refrigerator. They told me that someone would not be available until the following day..completely fine and understandable! The next day I called in the morning to see if they could give me a general idea of what time the technician would be arriving, they said “he will call when he’s on his way”. After waiting all morning and after noon I called again around 3:15-3:30 and got the voicemail..tried about 2 more time before leaving a message (they are suppose to be open until 4). The next morning they left me this voice message: “Hi Jessica this is Emily calling from Howard refrigeration I'm calling to say that um I'm sorry we're just really busy and we won't be able to get there so um I apologize for any inconvenience thank you bye…” SERIOUSLY!! They couldn’t have told me that 2 days before!! SO UNPROFESSIONAL!! Will never use again and will also suggest to all my friends in the restaurant business to stear clear!

  Our walk in cooler went down 2 days before harvest season..called them..they came out the next morning. Nick was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly...explained everything to us. I actually thought the bill was very reasonable. Would definitely call them again. My only complaint..I thought the woman who answered the phone was rude. Thanks again for good service.

  Our small icemaker quit making ice. The technician came out and diagnosed the problem in 1.5 hrs. He removed a part and said it was bad. A few days later I called to find out what was going on. A man in the office said he had to order the part. He quoted the cost of the part and installation at well over $800. I asked how much the part cost and he said $500 or could be $400.... I found the same part by the same manufacturer for $56 in stock locally. Picked it up and installed the part myself. Now we have ice! I gave two stars because Joe's diagnosis was correct. Will never call Howard Refrigeration again.
