  Technician responded in a timely matter and diagnosed the issue " which was a cleaning of the fan wheel needed to be performed to stop the leaking all over the hardwood floors" but told the Guests " he didn't have time to fix it " and still charged a $195.00 Emergency Service Call Fee????

  The tech did what he could without disassembling the equipment. This particular piece of equipment takes a couple of hrs to disassemble and clean. The tech had to postpone the cleaning to get to other no ac service calls. We have an appointment for you this afternoon. Apologize for the misunderstanding.

  I’ve been using Houston Air since 2010. They installed my new unit in 2011 and did a great job. Very professional, clean and knowledgeable. When repairs have been needed, they are very responsive and they have great customer service. I would highly recommend!
