  Nick and his him were very responsive when the refrigerator in my tenant’s unit stop working. They had just given birth to a child and came home to find their food was spoiling. Within hours, they came to inspect and diagnose the issue with the compressor. And due to the urgency, came back the same day to replace defective part and had the refrigerator back up and running. Job well done.
