From start to finish our experience with Hot 2 Cold was amazing. We found ourselves without AC 10 days before Christmas leaving us extremely stressed. We met with another company before making contact with Hot 2 Cold that left us a horrible taste in our mouth and very skeptical of what our next steps would need to be. James came the day we called and explained everything for us and provided so much knowledge we didn't even know we needed. He was so helpful and informative. Hot 2 Cold offered the best options, financing included, started work the next day and finished completely replacing our entire system over two days. Every one we talked to was helpful and professional. James was incredibly responsive with all of our questions through the entire process. Once the job was started we had AC again the same day! We can't recommend them enough.

Very professional and knowledgeable…from Taylor in the front office, to James the engineer, to Cory, Gavin and the rest of the technicians on the installation team. They worked hard the whole time they were here. They took time to answer questions, and explain how everything works. If you want a quality job, I would recommend them without hesitation!

From the moment I called to inquire about HVAC maintenance I was met with professional, courteous and very informative individual. Scheduling was easy and they arrived on time and communicated with us about our service which was important because we are not local to our rental home. Will definitely be using their service again.
