We hired Greg to install a new HVAC system for our second floor. This included new duct work, supply & return drops, and unit installation. Greg communicated daily, was prompt, professional, organized, detailed, and very knowledgeable . Each day the team left the house as if no one had been there working. Many businesses don't take the time to go the extra mile and treat a home as if it were their own, but Greg and his team went above and beyond to meet our expectations. Highly recommend!

Gregg walked me through an issue that I had with my furnace the morning after Horizon Services had just completed a routine maintenance check on our unit. The Horizon tech forgot to reconnect a wire that permitted the emergency heat to come on. He also didn't perform a complete system checkout to verify that everything was working before he left. Horizon expected us to wait a day and a half without heat before one of their techs would stop out. Gregg was very knowledgeable and thorough in walking me through our issue and resolving it over the phone. I would highly recommend HOOT Heating & Air to anyone that expects friendly and prompt expert service. Thanks to Gregg.

Our HVAC failed, and I found trouble finding anyone to help us out. Finally, I called Hoot. Help arrived within the hour, and the problem was diagnosed within minutes. The repair was meticulous and speedy. Hoot sets a high standard in professionalism, technical competence and caring about their customers. They went out of their way to minimize the expense of our repairs. I will not look anywhere else for future HVAC help.
