  Russ was very quick to respond to our call. It was later in the day and heat was out - temps were going to be single digits and he came after hours to take care of it at no additional charge. Was very professional and proficient - knows what he is doing! Great guy! Great service! We will be using Russ and Hoock's Heating and Cooling for our regular maintenance from now on.

  Our heat went completely out in the coldest of winter this year and on the weekend when most places our closed so we hit this company up and I must say Russ the owner was very professional and came out right away! A few things I want to say about this company is they are honest, know what they are doing and care about their customers! They clean up very well when they are finished and the financing options are very doable if getting a new furnace is the route you decide to go I must say we are very pleased with our choice to use Hoock's !

  Russ was very knowledgeable about our heating and cooling system. He picked out the best high efficiency unit for our home. He showed up on time, installed the whole unit in one day and left the area cleaner than when he arrived. All in all, we are very pleased with the install.
