  We had a furnace go out 5 days before Christmas. Honest Abe's came out. The repairman was timely, kept us updated, explained everything he was doing. And even though it took some time for my home warranty company to get the part in, Honest Abe's went the extra mile to get heat back in our house before Christmas. Highly recommended!

  John came out to evaluate my HVAC system for repair. He explained everything in detail and showed me to back up what he was saying. Extremely knowledgeable. Very professional. I did not feel like he was trying to make a “sale” rather just an honest person trying to inform and help me get the HVAC system repaired. Thank you 😊 1/28/22 UPDATE JT and Otis came out today and installed a heat pump in freezing weather while it was snowing. Extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this company.
