  At first when you come in it seems very nice. Staff was nice. But the second you step in the elevator it gies down hill from there. Get onto our floor and the hallway is FREEZING. Like literally FREEZING. Get into our suit and the cabinets are dusty. Dirty dishes still in the dish washer. Only 2 towels in the bathroom. What hotel only puts two in a room that sleeps 5? The mini stove top still had food stuck to it. They give you Palmolive dish soap but no rag or sponge. That makes no sense. Beds....TERRIBLE. You can literally see the dips in the mattress with the bed made. Woke up several times. Fold out couch bed...even worse. The walls are SUPER THIN. You can hear EVERYTHING. I've stayed at plenty of Hiltons and places by Hilton and never came across a place so bad. The only positive about this place was the staff. Very friendly. But definitely not worth $452 for 2 nights. Avoid if possible.

  Clean room. Bed was comfortable. Notice families. Michelle was a very professional person. The atmosphere was pleasant. Too bad the breakfast doesn't open up until 6:30.

  At first glace...the hotel looks very nice. Even for a cold and rainy day like the one we had. So we check in through the app and head to our room. No evidence of bugs anywhere. Not the bed or furniture. We had a 2 room king suite. So we unpack and get comfy. The room and cabinets were freshly painted. Could still smell it a little. The breakfast was decent. Hot food! I was expecting a "go bag" like usual per the new covid fun. But it was sausage and eggs, diced potatoes, yogurt, etc... The downside to the room: The beds were not comfortable. We caught ourselves waking up a few times throughout the night. Woke up with some lower back pain from it. The pillows were worse. Down pillows. Instantly flat under your head. No support. Had to fold them in half to even use the damn things. Paint was all over the countertops. All over the top of the fridge and freezer doors. But that didn't affect my stay too much. I was able to stretch it out and go on with the next day fine. So all in all... I would give it 3.5 stars. It was clean and quiet enough to stay again. I would recommend if you are looking for a night to chill out with the wife away from people or kids or passing through looking for clean lodging. I wouldn't want to try to sleep there long term. The bed would kill me. Lol. No comment on the staff as i did not have the need to talk to them. The room had everything we needed and i checked in and out through the app and used phone for a room key. Very easy and convenient
