Had a small gas leak and Hometowne Energy was there within minutes. Ended up having to have a new tank put in--all done very quickly. I've always had great service from them. Great people work there. Thanks all.

In late January, I received a call from my propane delivery man that my tanks were near 5% and he couldn't get in my driveway because it hadn't been plowed. This was a Saturday and he had walked in through my 300 foot driveway to check the tanks. I was in Florida, so I made a call to get my driveway plowed ASAP, and called him back to let him know. On Sunday morning by 9am he texted me that the tanks were filled. That is service well above and beyond good. I am so thankful for this man and greatly appreciate his dedication to his customers. He's a valuable member of your company and should be recognized as such.

Had a little furnace trouble and Hometowne Energy fixed my issue. The biggest help to me was they tried to trouble shoot the problem first before passing that cost to the customer. They called me, made an appt. and was able to accommodate me earlier which was especially nice in these frigid temperatures. The technician was great, friendly and fixed the problem.
